# HK0.IO — full public docs (every page) Human UI: https://hk0.io/docs Short index: https://hk0.io/llms.txt Sign up: https://hk0.io/signup This file is the complete public documentation. Nothing here is financial advice. Tools, not recommendations. You trade at your own risk, including total loss of SOL. Official site only — type hk0.io yourself. HK0 will never DM first for a seed, export key, or 2FA. HK0.IO is Safe AI Auto for PumpFun — a Solana day-trading terminal that cuts rugs before they hit your wallet, lets you paper both Live and Auto on the real boards, then prints with your own book at the lowest fees on the network. Hosted list drops about 70% of scam / junk launches before Trenches. Trust Validation on what remains is built not to miss a banger, while pushing remaining scams to over 95%. TRUSTED means every enabled check passed — a check-pass label, not a safety score and not a profit forecast. You can still lose the bag. Native paper for BOTH Live and Auto (Photon / GMGN / Padre / Axiom do not ship that). Fees are $0.10 buy / $0.10 full sell / $0.05 partial — fixed USD, not a % of size. Live is 100% your hands. Copy is Monitor wallets only, never X/TG. Desk wallets are yours — encrypted, locked to your account. SOL leaves only when you click, a bot you started is running, or you withdraw. --- # Knowledge Base ## What HK0.IO is https://hk0.io/docs#overview HK0.IO is Safe AI Auto for PumpFun — a day-trading terminal. You trade your own book — Live clicks and Auto strategies you have actually proved — while staying off rugs. PnL is on Solana. When the book is real, other wallets can copy you. This tape moves in hours. You take the trade and you get out. The desk is built for that: a hosted list that already drops about 70% of scam / junk launches, then Trust Validation on every token that remains — built not to miss a banger, while pushing the remaining scam cut to over 95%. TRUSTED means every enabled check passed — a check-pass label, not a safety score and not a profit forecast. Simulation for both Live and Auto, then the same setup on real SOL at the lowest fees on the network. ### How you start 1. Create an account — https://hk0.io/signup — Google, email, Telegram, or Phantom. Live L1 / L2 / L3, Simulation, Distribution Wallet, and Profits Wallet are already on it. There is no paid unlock for paper. 2. Run Simulation on the same Trenches boards you will trade. Mix Auto (Validation, Oracle, Copy) and practice Live clicks until the formula holds. 3. Turn that same setup on with real size. Auto exits (take profit, trail, partials, Price Struggle) manage bags you are not staring at. Live stays 100% your hands. ### Compared with other terminals Most Solana meme terminals are built around a fast click on the same PumpFun tape. Independent 2026 fee tables put Photon and GMGN near a flat 1% per swap, Padre near 0.9%, and Axiom near 0.95% to start (toward 0.75% only after volume / cashback tiers). None of them ship native paper trading for both manual Live and Auto bots. Traders add Chrome overlays (DryFlip, MockApe) on top of someone else's UI. That is a different product. | Capability | Typical Solana meme terminal | HK0.IO | | Paper Live and paper Auto | Not built in. Third-party fake-SOL extensions. | Native Simulation on the real boards, same validation, both desks. | | Trust that updates after you are in | Launch feeds and one-shot contract / wallet tags. | Real-time Trust Validation on every hosted token — built not to miss a banger, while pushing remaining scams to over 95%. Auto can buy a fresh TRUSTED flip and flatten on Untrusted. | | Fees | About 0.75%–1% a side; often a volume ladder to improve the rate. | $0.10 buy / $0.10 full sell on Live and Auto. Fee-net from open. Withdraw free of platform fee. Lowest on the network. | | Copy trading | Usually mirrors the leader's sell as well as the buy. | Copy takes a followed Monitor wallet's buy. Your trail, Copy Sell, and copy-risk own the exit. X / TG calls are not Copy. | | Runner / prediction Auto | Click, or mirror a wallet. | Oracle DT3 (F4) on Auto — chases runners and predicts prices. Prove it in Simulation first. | ### The desk You see fewer tokens than a raw launch feed. That is intentional. Trenches is NEW, About to Graduate, and Graduated after the hosted-list cut. Trust Validation is live on every hosted mint — badges move as holders, bundles, and volume move. Live L1 / L2 / L3 are on the account when you sign up. Simulation is on the account. Auto is the machine you mix in paper, then run for real. ### Badges on the card Every Trenches card carries the same live marks. Hover a badge for the numbers. Color is health, not a buy button. | On the card | What it means | | Trust | Green check = Trusted (every enabled check passed). Red X = Untrusted (at least one enabled check failed). Yellow triangle = Unvalidated (not scored yet). Hover the icon for the check messages. The channel (HK0 Default / Live / Auto) picks which check set paints this badge. TRUSTED is a check-pass label, not a safety score and not a profit forecast. | | Holders | People icon. The % under it is top-10 share of holder supply (bonding-curve and pool wallets stay out of that math). Hover for total holders plus Top 1 / Top 3 / Top 10. Color follows concentration and holder count for that list (NEW / ATG / Graduated). | | DEV | Chef-hat icon. Creator / dev share of holder supply. Hover lists the creator wallets. Greener is a smaller bag; red is a dump-sized creator bag. | | Clusters | Layers icon. Current bundled / clustered supply vs holder supply. Hover also shows ATH and vs total supply. 0.00% green means the bundle is gone. This is the live number the bundle check reads. | | Strength | Muscle icon plus %. Live bid / tape health from liquidity, volume, holders, buys vs sells, bonding and market cap, social links, and paid orders. Not a buy signal by itself — Validation uses a strength floor. | | KOL Hold | Cup icon plus count. How many KOL wallets on Monitor still hold this mint. Hover the names. Heat, not trust. | | Smart Money Hold | Wallet-stack icon plus count. How many Smart Money wallets still hold this mint. Hover the names. Same idea as KOL Hold. | | CTO / paid DEX boost | DEX mark next to age when a community takeover or a paid DEX boost is on the mint. Heat and attention — not a trust badge. Boost count is how many paid pushes stacked. | Age, X / TG calls, bonding ring, MC / V / F / TX, Trusted growth, and Oracle call — full legend on Trenches. ### Simulation Simulation is the step most terminals skip: paper Live clicks and paper Auto bots on the same PumpFun boards, with the same real-time validation. You mix until the formula holds, then you size it. ### What you get - Native paper for both desks — Live and Auto, not a browser overlay. - Real-time Trust Validation — every hosted token, live. Auto can enter on a fresh TRUSTED flip. - Lowest fees on the network — $0.10 buy and $0.10 full sell on Live and Auto, fee-net from the open, withdraw free of platform fee. No volume-tier grind. - Oracle DT3 — F4 on Auto: chase runners and predict prices, after you have proved it in paper. - Smart Copy — copy a followed Monitor wallet's buy; your exits keep the bag. Social calls are watch + Live, not Copy. - On-chain PnL — results sit on Solana. A book that holds can become a book others copy. ### What you can use | Feature | What it does for you | | Trenches | PumpFun boards (NEW / ATG / Graduated). Hosted ~70% scam cut, then Validation to 95%+ without missing a banger. Card badges: Trust, Holders, DEV, Clusters, Strength, KOL / Smart Money, CTO / boosts. | | Simulation / paper | Paper Live and paper Auto on the real boards. Mix a strategy, then take it live. | | Live trading | L1, L2, L3 on every account. 100% manual buys and sells. Live Validation is what you look at before you click. | | Auto trading | Validation, Oracle DT3, and Copy on one bot family. Same wallet, same sell stack. Prove it in Simulation first. | | Copy trading | Copy the entry from a followed Monitor wallet. Your trail and Copy-risk own the exit. Not X / TG calls. | | HK0 Default validation | Platform Trust badge on every hosted card + Auto bots set to HK0 Default. | | Live Validation | Your Live check set for L1 / L2 / L3 (and paper Live). | | User Auto validation | Your Auto checks. Under Auto Trading → Validation. | | Oracle DT3 | F4. Chases runners and predicts prices on opted-in Auto bots. | | Buy filters | Optional numeric gates on Oracle and/or Trust buys. | | Sell rules + failed fills | TP, stop, trail, partials, Price Struggle on Auto. Closed rows stamp the reason. Live is MANUAL_SELL unless the mint leaves Trenches. | | Fees | $0.10 buy / $0.10 full sell / $0.05 partial on Live and Auto. Fee-net from open. Withdraw is free of platform fee. | | Wallets / SOL | Yours — encrypted, locked to the account. Fund Distribution. Auto refills Remaining, then sweeps excess to Profits. Reveal those two keys into Phantom. Battery keys never export. | | Monitor | Smart Money / KOL boards. Follow wallets. Feed Copy. | | Social Tracker | Follow each X and Telegram caller. See each call as it posts. Not a Copy source — you click Live. | | Notifications | Wallet trades, price spikes, CTO, paid DEX boosts, and X / TG calls. | Next step: Create an account. Open Simulation. Mix Live clicks and Auto until the book holds. Then run the same bots with real SOL. ## How trading works https://hk0.io/docs#system-map 1. Create an account (Google, email, Telegram, or Phantom). Live L1 / L2 / L3, Simulation, and Distribution Wallet are already on it. 2. Open Trenches. You only see PumpFun tokens that already passed the hosted-list cut (about 70% of scam / junk launches never appear). Trust Validation then scores what remains — built not to miss a banger, while pushing remaining scams to over 95%. TRUSTED means every enabled check passed — a check-pass label, not a safety score and not a profit forecast. You can still lose the bag. A token can be scored and still Untrusted. Unvalidated means it has not been scored yet. 3. Run Simulation. Mix Auto (Validation, Oracle, Copy) and practice Live clicks on the same lists until the formula holds. 4. Run the same setup for real: Live L1 / L2 / L3 with your hands, and Auto with the formula you already proved. Lowest fees on the network. ### Auto entry paths | Path | When Auto can buy | Your extra gate | | Trust Validation | Token is TRUSTED on HK0 Default or your User Auto checks, and that stage is ON. | Buy filters if Apply on Validation is ON | | Oracle DT3 Strict | Oracle is on for that Auto bot. The strategy is F4. | Buy filters if Apply on Oracle is ON | | Copy | A followed Monitor wallet (My Tracked) buys. Same Auto family. Not X / TG calls. | Copy-tab trail / Copy Sell / copy-risk switches — not the followed wallet's dump | The three paths are independent. Mix them in Simulation, then run what held with real size. ## Account setup https://hk0.io/docs#account-setup Open Sign up or Log in on the desk. Four ways — pick one: - Google — one continue. Gmail addresses go this way (not a separate email password). - Email — enter the address, verify the 6-digit code, set a password. Strength: 8+ characters with upper, lower, and a number. - Telegram — continue with Telegram. Same desk as the others. - Phantom — connect and sign a message. You keep the wallet. Install Phantom if it is not there. Invite code is optional. If you use one, it binds to the account and cannot be changed later. Forgot password is on email login. After you are in, you land on Trenches. The desk is already provisioned — you do not build Live bots or wallets from zero: - Live L1 / L2 / L3 and Simulation / paper. - Auto ready in Trading Bots (start it when you want). - Distribution Wallet — the deposit address in the wallet menu. Profits Wallet — where bot profits can sweep. Paper: switch a Trenches list to Simulation and click. No SOL required. Real: send SOL to Distribution, Transfer into a Live wallet, pick L1 / L2 / L3, click buy. ### Setup steps 1. Sign up with Google, email, Telegram, or Phantom. 2. Simulation first if you want the formula before real size — already on the account. 3. Fund the Distribution Wallet when you go real. Copy the address from the wallet menu, or reveal the Distribution key and send from Phantom. Withdraw is free of platform fee. 4. Transfer SOL to the Live or Auto wallet you will trade. Or withdraw to an external Solana address the same way. 5. Open Trenches, pick L1 / L2 / L3 (or Simulation), click buy — click sell. Auto lives in Trading Bots. ## Wallets / SOL https://hk0.io/docs#wallets Sign up creates the wallets. You do not wait for a generate-once screen. | Wallet | Job | | Distribution Wallet | Main deposit. The SOL balance in the header menu. Copy the address, send SOL in. | | Profits Wallet | Sweep target for bot profits. Required before you create extra Auto bots. | | Live / Auto wallets | What L1 / L2 / L3 and Auto spend. Transfer SOL here from Distribution before a real click. One wallet cannot be battery for more than one bot. | Create more wallets from My Wallets when you need another book. Distribution and Profits cannot be deleted. ### Deposit 1. Open the wallet menu. The Distribution address is there — show it, copy it. 2. Send SOL from Phantom, another terminal, or any Solana wallet to that address. 3. Balances update on the desk. Fills are on-chain — check Solscan if you want the signature. ### Transfer, distribute, withdraw One Transfer dialog. Wallet menu → Transfer, or Withdraw / Distribute — they open the same move. Pick the source wallet, then: - My Wallets — send to another of yours (Distribution → Live, Live → Profits, and so on). That is how you distribute SOL across desks. - External Wallet — paste any Solana address. That is withdraw off the desk. Withdraw is free of HK0 platform fee. Internal transfer is the same. Solana still takes the tiny network fee. Leave enough for rent so the account stays alive. Both moves are real Solana transfers — public on the ledger. ### Auto refill and Profits Auto does not drain the book on every close. Sell proceeds return to Remaining Investment (Returned to Investment on the card) so the bot can buy again. Only SOL above Total Investment is profit. That excess is Pending Profits, then swept to the Profits Wallet — never by taking the floor. Live remaining is the battery wallet itself; there is no refill row on a Live card. Transfer waits until recovered is above spent and net worth is above Total Investment. Paper marks the sweep; it does not move real SOL. ### Who owns these wallets https://hk0.io/docs#wa-own These wallets are yours. Each one is a real Solana address on your account — encrypted, locked to you, not a shared house wallet. Other traders cannot see them as your person and cannot spend them. SOL leaves a desk wallet only when you move it: you click Live, an Auto bot you started is running at the size and rules you set, or you open Transfer / Withdraw. Withdraw is free of platform fee. The $0.10 / $0.05 platform fee is taken on the swap you made — the rest of the battery stays yours. - Distribution and Profits — you can reveal the key after password + verification and import into Phantom. That is full off-site custody of deposit and swept profits. Never share the key. - Live / Auto batteries — keys never export. That is so they cannot leak. They stay on the desk so Live and Auto can sign your trades. They are not someone else's wallet. - Phantom login — you keep that wallet. HK0 will never DM first for a seed, export key, or 2FA. Real fills are public on Solana. Look up the signature. This is how the desk holds SOL — not a promise that a PumpFun token is safe. ### Keys — Distribution and Profits Private keys can be revealed only for Distribution Wallet and Profits Wallet — on My Wallets. Live / Auto battery wallets stay on the desk. Reveal needs your password and a verification check. Google, Telegram, and Phantom logins must set a password first. WARNING: Never share your private key with anyone. Anyone who has it owns the SOL. HK0 will never DM you first for a seed, export key, or 2FA code. Reveal is so you can import Distribution and Profits into Phantom (or any Solana wallet) and manage them off this site. - Import Distribution into Phantom. Fund it from Phantom whenever you want — the desk balance updates when the SOL lands. - Import Profits into Phantom. Watch Auto sweeps there. You can stay off HK0.IO after the reveal. - Treat an exported key as hot. Keep size you are not trading on a cold wallet. Official site: type the domain yourself. ## FAQ https://hk0.io/docs#faq **What is HK0.IO?** A PumpFun day-trading terminal. Live clicks, Auto bots, Simulation for both, real-time Trust Validation, Oracle DT3, and Copy. **How do I start?** Create an account with Google, email, Telegram, or Phantom. Live, Simulation, Distribution Wallet, and Profits Wallet are already on it. **Do I pay to unlock paper?** No. Simulation is on the account. No SOL required to click paper Live or paper Auto. **How do I deposit and withdraw SOL?** Send SOL to the Distribution Wallet (copy the address, or reveal the key and fund it from Phantom). Transfer between your wallets, or withdraw to any Solana address — withdraw is free of platform fee. Auto sweeps excess to Profits. **PumpFun only?** Yes, for now. Trenches is NEW / About to Graduate / Graduated after the hosted-list cut (about 70% of scam / junk launches never appear). Trust Validation on what remains is built not to miss a banger, while pushing remaining scams to over 95%. TRUSTED means every enabled check passed — a check-pass label, not a safety score and not a profit forecast. **Live vs Auto?** Live is 100% your click — L1 / L2 / L3. Auto buys and sells on the formula you set (Validation, Oracle, Copy, then your sell stack). You can run both. **What is Simulation?** Native paper Live and paper Auto on the same Trenches boards and the same validation. Fills do not burn the wallet. When the formula holds, you size it real. **What does TRUSTED mean?** Every enabled check passed. Untrusted means at least one failed. Unvalidated means not scored yet. Not a safety score. Not a profit forecast. **Does Live auto-sell?** No take-profit, trail, or Price Struggle. You flatten the bag. If the mint leaves Trenches, Live still stamps LOSING_MOMENTUM and exits. **Why won't the bot start?** The card says it. No wallet connected — attach a battery in Settings. Battery is out of charge — send SOL to that wallet. One wallet cannot be battery for two bots. Live bots stay running (open Settings to pause). Auto / Copy must be stopped before Settings. **Does Copy dump when they dump?** Typical DEX copy mirrors the sell. HK0 copies the buy of a followed Monitor wallet. Your trail, Copy Sell, and copy-risk own the exit. X / Telegram calls are not Copy — you click Live yourself. **What is Oracle DT3?** An Auto entry path. Strategy is F4 — chases runners and predicts prices. Independent of Trust. Prove it in Simulation. **Does Live Validation drive Auto?** No. Live prefs are for L1 / L2 / L3. Auto uses HK0 Default or your User Auto checks. **Why didn't Auto buy?** Token not on Trenches, stage off, not freshly TRUSTED on that channel, Oracle off, buy filters blocked it, or wallet / parallel-trade limits. **What are the fees?** Live and Auto: $0.10 USD on buy and $0.10 on a full sell, $0.05 on a partial. Paper full exit is $0.05. Withdraw and internal transfer are free of platform fee. From the open, Fee-net already deducts both sides — the close is the SOL that actually hits the wallet. **Where do Auto profits go?** Sells refill Remaining Investment first. Only SOL above Total Investment sweeps to the Profits Wallet. Reveal Distribution and Profits keys (password + verification) and import them into Phantom to fund and watch off-site. Never share those keys. **Who owns the wallets? Can HK0 spend my SOL?** The wallets are yours — real Solana addresses on your account, encrypted and locked to you. Other traders cannot spend them. SOL leaves only when you click Live, an Auto bot you started is running, or you Transfer / Withdraw. The platform fee is $0.10 / $0.05 on the swap you made — not a sweep of the battery. Distribution and Profits keys reveal after password + verification so you can import them into Phantom. Battery keys never export. **Is this financial advice?** No. Tools, not recommendations. You trade at your own risk, including total loss of SOL. **Do you use my personal information on the tape?** No. Trading identity is the wallet, not your name or email. Real fills are public on Solana's ledger — Solscan and other explorers. ## Fees — wallet-true closes https://hk0.io/docs#fees Live L1 / L2 / L3 and Auto (Validation, Oracle, Copy) use the same platform fee. Fixed USD — not a percent of size, not a volume ladder. | What | Platform fee | | Buy (Live and Auto) | $0.10 USD | | Full sell (Live and Auto) | $0.10 USD | | Partial sell | $0.05 USD | | Simulation (paper full exit) | $0.05 USD | | Withdraw / internal transfer | Free of platform fee. Solana still takes the network fee. | You also set priority and tip on the bot. Those land the swap on Solana. They sit on top of the platform fee — they are not HK0's take. Take profit, stop, and the Fee-net badge use the same wallet truth. ### Fee-net from the open A trade does not wait until close to discover fees. From the open, P/L already deducts the buy that landed and the sell that will land ($0.10 full exit, or $0.05 per partial). The badge on the bag is Fee-net — hover: “Position P/L after buy and sell fees.” Token price move is a separate line. When the bag closes, the SOL / USD on the row is what actually hit the wallet — after buy fees, after sell fees, after everything that moved SOL. That is the number you can check on Solana. Chart candles can still show a raw token move; the close is wallet-true. ### Compared with other terminals Independent 2026 fee tables: Photon and GMGN around a flat 1% a side, Padre around 0.9%, Axiom around 0.95% to start and toward 0.75% after volume / cashback tiers. HK0 is $0.10 buy and $0.10 full sell on Live and Auto — the lowest fees on the network, no volume ladder. Withdraw is free of platform fee. Day traders live on round-trips. A cheaper, wallet-true close is how more of the day stays in the book. ### Why this exists Day traders live and die on round-trips. If you cannot see the real close, you cannot tune take profit, stop, or size. Fee-net is what take profit, stop, and passive stop use too — the same wallet truth, not a marketing candle. ### We only win if you do HK0's income is those fees. They are the lowest on the whole network. If you do not trade, we are not paid. That is why the desk is built around validation, Simulation until the formula holds, then the same setup on real size. Your PnL is the product. Ours follows. ## Security Best Practices https://hk0.io/docs#security-best-practices Type the domain yourself. Bookmark it. Ignore lookalike URLs, ads, and DMs. HK0 will not message you first asking for a seed, export key, or 2FA code. Support does not start in your DMs. Docs live at /docs. Terms and Privacy are under Policy. If a page asks you to paste a seed to “sync” or “verify,” close it. ### Your wallets are locked to you https://hk0.io/docs#sec-wallets These wallets are yours. - Distribution and Profits — reveal after password + verification, import into Phantom. - Live / Auto batteries — keys never export. They stay on the desk so Live and Auto can sign your trades. - Phantom login — you keep that wallet. Real fills are public on Solana. Look up the signature. Account hygiene: unique password and two-factor authentication. Treat emails and URLs claiming to be HK0.IO as hostile until you typed the domain yourself. Watch bot start/stop and wallet activity. Unexpected starts are a problem. Distribution and Profits keys can be revealed so you can import them into Phantom and manage them off-site. WARNING: never share a private key. Anyone who has it owns the SOL. HK0 will never DM you first for a seed, export key, or 2FA code. Reveal needs your password and a verification check. Battery wallets (Live / Auto) are not exported — they stay on the desk so your Live clicks and Auto bots can sign. Prefer keeping large SOL on a hardware or cold wallet and only loading what the bot needs. Validation and Oracle reduce some scam classes — they do not make a token safe. TRUSTED is a check-pass label, not a safety score and not a profit forecast. --- # Trading Systems Not advice — your risk. Nothing on these pages is financial advice. HK0.IO is a trading terminal, not an advisor. You trade at your own risk, including total loss of SOL. Live, Auto, Simulation, Validation, Oracle, Copy, buy filters, and sell rules are tools. You pick the settings. You take the fills. HK0 does not promise profit. A formula that held in paper can still lose on the real tape. We do not use your personal information as trading identity. The book is anonymous at the person level — no name, no email on the tape. Real fills are signed by the wallet on Solana's public ledger. Anyone can look up a signature on Solscan or Solana Explorer. ## The bot card (Live, Auto, Copy) Trading Bots is one board: Live L1 / L2 / L3, Simulation, Auto, and Copy. Each trader card shows type, Active / Stopped, battery, investment, open bags, and the last closed trades. Live sells are your click. Auto (and Copy) run the sell stack. Closed rows stamp the reason in mono. | On the card | What it means | | LIVE / AUTO / COPY | Type badge. LIVE is L1 / L2 / L3. AUTO is Validation / Oracle. COPY is Monitor-wallet copy. Same family of cards, different entry path. | | Active / Stopped · Running / Stopped | Header badge and Status row. Green ring when running. Live has no Start / Stop — they stay running. Auto / Copy use Start and Stop. | | SIMULATION / LIVE (Mode) | Paper vs real. Simulation Reset clears paper fills, not the real wallet. Real Remaining Investment is on-chain SOL in the battery wallet. | | Battery icon | Hover: “$X.XX USD remaining in the bot wallet.” Color fills with remaining USD. Send SOL to that wallet to charge it. | | Buy Amount, TP, SL, Slip, PSL | Auto / Copy only. Live cards do not show these — Live has no take-profit or trail. | | Total Investment / Remaining Investment | Paper: simulated capital. Real Live: on-chain SOL in the battery. Real Auto: Remaining recovers as sells land (Returned to Investment). | | Returned to Investment (Auto) | Sell proceeds that went back into the bot so it can buy again. Spent is buys + fees. Remaining is investment − spent + recovered. | | Pending Profits / Already Transferred (Auto) | Only SOL above the Total Investment floor. Pending is still in the battery. Already Transferred hit the Profits Wallet. Live cards do not show this row. | | Active Trades / Recent Closed | Open bags vs the last five full closed positions. Each closed row shows the exit stamp. | | Trash | Close bot position. That is the red icon on the footer, not Stop. | When the card or a toast blocks you: | What you see | What it means | | No wallet connected | Open Settings and connect a battery wallet. | | This wallet is already used as Battery by another bot. | One wallet cannot be battery for more than one bot. Pick a different wallet in Settings. | | Battery is out of charge | Stopped + wallet attached, but the battery cannot cover the next trade's fees. Send SOL to that wallet, then Start. | | Battery balance unavailable | The card cannot read a balance yet. Fund the battery. Ensure enough SOL to pay fees ($0.10 USD per buy/sell). | | Battery Out of Charge (toast) | You hit Start while the battery cannot pay fees. Recharge the battery wallet. | | LIVE bots stay running | L1 / L2 / L3 cannot be left Stopped. There is no Start / Stop on a Live card. Open Settings to pause them while you edit, then they resume. | | Bot must be stopped | Auto / Copy: stop the bot before Settings or Reset. Live pauses itself when you open Settings. | | Reset Ns (Simulation) | Paper Reset is on a short cooldown after the last reset. Wait, then Reset again. Resets paper fills — not the real wallet. | ## Live Trading https://hk0.io/docs#live-trading Live is 100% your hands, and it is already on the account when you create an account. You click buy. You click sell. No auto-buy, no auto-sell, no take profit or Price Struggle on this desk — that is Auto. Practice the same clicks in Simulation first so the first real SOL is not a lesson. Every HK0.IO account already has three real Live bots: L1, L2, and L3. You do not create them. Attach a wallet, set size, and they are the tabs on each Trenches list (NEW / ATG / Graduated). Three desks so you can run different size or wallet without mixing books. Live Validation is the check set you look at before you click — and it is not Auto. On Trenches, switch the channel to Live, open the settings modal, and save Live prefs per list (NEW / ATG / Graduated). That is the bar L1 / L2 / L3 (and paper Live) use on that list. Saving Live does not change User Auto bots. Saving Auto does not change L1–L3. It does not buy or sell for you. You flatten the bag. Click sell (or a manual partial). Take profit, trail, Price Struggle, and Oracle follow-sell do not run on Live. Closed Live rows stamp MANUAL_SELL or MANUAL_PARTIAL_SELL. If the mint leaves Trenches, Live still flattens and stamps LOSING_MOMENTUM. ## Simulation / paper https://hk0.io/docs#simulation Most Solana meme terminals do not include native paper Live and paper Auto. Independent guides send traders to Chrome extensions that overlay fake SOL on someone else's UI. You still do not get HK0 Validation, Oracle, or Copy exits — and you still pay typical meme-terminal fees when you learn on live size. On HK0, Simulation is the desk: same Trenches, same real-time validation, same Auto machine, same Live clicks. Fills do not burn the wallet while you hunt a formula that holds. Then you run that formula with real SOL. Paper is already on the account — no paid unlock. Put Auto in Simulation. Change Trust checks. Change Oracle. Change size, buy filters, sell rules. Run it. Read the closes. Mix again. You are hunting the profitable formula — the Auto setup that holds on this tape — without using real SOL on every failed mix. If the live mark on a paper bag disappears, Simulation does not leave that trade hanging. It paper-closes at last known / entry and stamps LOSING_MOMENTUM so your book stays honest. Real bags are different: a failed sell is never retried as the same swap — the desk acts on why it failed (burn leftover dust if it cannot be sold, close if the wallet is already flat, or hold the position until a new independent exit). Simulation also has a paper Live bot on Trenches. Same flow as L1 / L2 / L3: you click buy, you click sell. 100% manual. No autos. Switch a list with the Live / Simulation toggle next to the L tabs. When the paper book holds, you go two ways: turn that Auto formula on with real SOL (Validation, Oracle, Copy — the mix that already worked) and trade Live L1 / L2 / L3 with your hands. ## Auto Trading https://hk0.io/docs#auto-trading Auto is the machine that trades when you are not on the glass. Mix Validation, Oracle, and Copy in Simulation until the formula holds, then run those same bots with real SOL. Auto watches Trenches. A fresh TRUSTED flip, an Oracle F4 call, or a followed Monitor wallet buy — Auto buys at your size, then take profit, trail, partials, and Price Struggle manage the bag. Live is a different desk: 100% your clicks. You can run both. Auto is three entry paths on the same bot family — same wallet, same size, same sell stack. | Path | When Auto can buy | | Validation | Token is freshly TRUSTED on HK0 Default or your User Auto checks, and that stage is ON. | | Oracle DT3 | Oracle is on for that Auto bot. The strategy is F4 — chases runners and predicts prices. | | Copy | A followed Monitor wallet on My Tracked buys. | The three paths are independent. A bot can use Validation, Oracle, Copy, any mix, or none of them. ### Refill and profits Auto keeps a floor: Total Investment. A buy raises Spent (size + buy fees). A sell raises Recovered — that SOL is Returned to Investment so Remaining comes back and the bot can buy again. Live is different: Remaining Investment is the on-chain battery itself. No refill row. Only SOL above that floor is profit. The card shows Pending Profits (still in the battery) then Already Transferred when it has moved to the Profits Wallet. Transfer waits until recovered is above spent and net worth is above Total Investment — it does not raid the floor to pay you. Paper marks the sweep; it does not move real SOL. ### What must be true to buy 1. The token is on Trenches (it already passed the hosted-list pre-filter). 2. That stage (NEW / ATG / Graduated) is ON for the path you care about. 3. Trust path: channel is HK0 Default or User Auto, the token is TRUSTED, and the trust flip is still fresh. 4. Oracle path: Oracle is ON for that Auto bot. The strategy is F4. 5. Copy path: a followed Monitor wallet on My Tracked buys that mint. X / Telegram calls never fire Copy. 6. Buy filters pass if Apply on Validation / Apply on Oracle is ON. Empty min/max = that metric is off. A set bound with a missing metric blocks the buy. 7. Wallet balance and your parallel-trade limits allow the fill. ## Oracle DT3 https://hk0.io/docs#oracle-dt3 Oracle DT3 is an Auto entry path: a runner-chaser and price-prediction machine you prove in Simulation, then run with real SOL. The strategy is F4 — the only one. You do not pick strategies. Turn Oracle on for an Auto bot. Oracle never buys or sells on Live. Live is 100% your click. Oracle lives on Auto (including paper Auto in Simulation). Turn it on per Auto bot. Off = that bot never takes an Oracle call. Oracle does not replace Trust. A token can be Untrusted and still be an Oracle buy if you turned Oracle on. A token can be TRUSTED and never get an Oracle call. The two paths are independent. You can run Trust only, Oracle only, both, or neither. Validation still scores every hosted token. Sell on Untrusted (Trust bags) and leaving Trenches still apply to Oracle bags the same way they apply to Trust bags. Copied bags are the exception. How you use it: 1. Create or edit an Auto bot in Trading Bots. 2. Turn Oracle on for that bot. That is the whole Oracle switch. 3. Optional: keep Apply on Oracle ON if you want numeric buy filters to gate Oracle calls. 4. Optional: keep follow-sell ON if you want Oracle to flatten that bag when it calls an exit. 5. Prove the mix in Simulation before you size it real. After Oracle says buy, buy filters still run if Apply on Oracle is ON (default ON). Empty min/max = that metric is off. A set bound with a missing metric blocks the buy. Turn Apply on Oracle off if you want every Oracle call to skip the numeric bands. Oracle can call an exit. Bots with follow sell ON (default ON) flatten on that call. Your own Auto take-profit, stop, passive stop, partials, and Price Struggle can still fire first if they hit sooner. Follow-sell off = Oracle may open the bag; your sell stack closes it. Same Auto bot can listen to Trust, Oracle, and Copy together. They are entry paths, not separate desks. One wallet. One size. One sell stack. Copy still uses the Copy tab for trail / Copy Sell / copy-risk. Oracle bags use the global Auto sell rules plus follow-sell. ## Validation (Auto) https://hk0.io/docs#user-auto-validation Every hosted token is scored live. Auto can buy the fresh TRUSTED flip; Sell on Untrusted can flatten a bag that fails after fill. Mix the Trust path in Simulation until the formula holds, then run the same bot with real size. The hosted list is the first cut: about 70% of scam / junk launches never reach Trenches. Trust Validation then scores every token that remains. That filter is built not to miss a banger — a real runner still makes the board — while pushing the remaining scam cut to over 95%. TRUSTED means every enabled check passed — a check-pass label, not a safety score and not a profit forecast. You can still lose the bag. On Trenches, the Trust icon follows HK0 Default or User Auto for that stage. Card metrics (Holders, DEV, Clusters, Strength) are the live numbers the checks read. Auto never buys from Live Validation. Live Validation is the bar you look at before you click L1 / L2 / L3. Saving Live prefs does not change User Auto bots. Saving Auto prefs does not change L1–L3. Each stage (NEW / ATG / Graduated) can use a different validation channel: - HK0 Default — the platform bar. Your Auto check tweaks do not change entries on this channel. Same badge everyone sees on Trenches. - User Auto — your saved Auto prefs for that list. If you never saved Auto prefs, platform defaults are used (the same defaults HK0 Default uses). Saving Live prefs when you meant Auto leaves User Auto bots on platform defaults. Auto prefs are a different slot: NEW / ATG / Graduated × live vs auto. ### When Auto can buy 1. The token is on Trenches (it already passed the hosted-list pre-filter). 2. That stage is ON for the Trust path. 3. Channel is HK0 Default or User Auto, the token is TRUSTED (every enabled check passed), and the trust flip is still fresh. 4. Buy filters pass if Apply on Validation is ON. Empty min/max = that metric is off. A set bound with a missing metric blocks the buy. 5. Wallet balance and your parallel-trade limits allow the fill. Untrusted means at least one enabled check failed. Unvalidated means it has not been scored yet. Auto does not buy Untrusted or Unvalidated on the Trust path. Where you set it: Trenches validation settings modal → save as Auto (not Live) for that list. On your account, one slot per list × Live vs Auto. The bot picks HK0 Default or User Auto per stage in Trading Bots. User Auto scoring runs while you have an Auto bot on that channel. Stop those bots and it is idle until you start one again. HK0 Default keeps scoring hosted tokens even with no bots running — that is why Default badges stay current. Merge rules: start from platform defaults for that list; overlay your enabled flags and known field values; trend and confidence stay off — they cannot be turned back on from the modal. Sell on Untrusted (default ON for Auto) flattens a Trust / Oracle bag if Validation flips the token Untrusted after fill (and strength is under the floor you set). When OFF, you hold and only TP / SL / the other tools apply. Copied bags ignore this switch — Copy uses Copy-tab Entry sold + UNTRUSTED if you turn that warning on. Trust, Oracle, and Copy are entry paths on the same Auto family. Turning Oracle on does not replace Validation. Copy does not replace either. One bot can use any mix. Exits stay your sell stack, except Copy-tab trail / Copy Sell / copy-risk on copied bags. ## Copy trading https://hk0.io/docs#copy-trading Copy is an Auto-family bot. Typical DEX copy mirrors the leader's sell as well as the buy. HK0 copies the entry from a wallet you follow on Monitor (My Tracked), then your trail, partials, Price Struggle, and copy-risk switches own the bag. Copy does not copytrade X or Telegram calls. Social Tracker is watch + notifications — you open the mint and click Live yourself. Mix it in Simulation first, then run it with real size. Same wallet, same sell stack as Validation and Oracle. Typical DEX copy is a full mirror: you buy when they buy and you sell when they sell — or you get a single take-profit / stop slider. That copies their exit as well as their entry: early dumps, no trail, no partials, holding a token that just failed trust. HK0 splits the trade in two. You borrow the entry from a followed Monitor wallet. You keep the exit stack that already runs on Auto. They can be first into a mint; your trail still owns the bag. - Copy the buy. Do not copy a panic sell that gives the pump back. - Stack passive stop, partials, and Price Struggle so a copied runner can bank instead of round-tripping. - Copy risk warnings you turn on (and leaving Trenches) can still flatten a copied bag if the followed wallets dump or the mint dies after you are in. - Same bot family as Auto — one wallet, one set of rules, Trust / Oracle / Copy can coexist. ### Who you can copy | Source | Where you follow them | What a copy is | | Wallets / Smart Money / KOL | Monitor — follow on Smart Money, KOL, or My Tracked | They buy a PumpFun mint. That buy is the copy signal. First copy of a mint uses this bot's buy amount. | | X / Telegram calls | Social Tracker — follow handles / channels | Not a Copy source. You see the call, the bell fires, you click Live yourself — or ignore. | Every tool on Sell rules applies to a copied bag the same way it applies to a Trust or Oracle bag: take profit, stop loss, passive stop loss, auto partial selling, Price Struggle, leaving Trenches, manual sell. Sell on Untrusted is Validation / Trust bags only. Copied bags ignore it. Use Copy risk Entry sold + UNTRUSTED if you want that dump on Copy. Copy does not replace Auto Trust / Oracle. It is another entry path on the same bot family. Copy only takes PumpFun mints that already made the hosted Trenches list. ### Copy Sell and copy risk Copy Sell is a separate switch from Copy itself. On = a followed wallet can close that copied bag (entry wallet only by default — or any followed wallet, or a quorum of K). Off = their sell does not dump you. Your Copy-tab trail, partials, and Price Struggle still own the bag, plus global take-profit / stop-loss. Copy risk warnings are a second, independent layer. They are off until you turn each one on. Turning Copy Sell off does not arm them for you. Unused means unused — they do not count toward the trail and they do not force an exit. - Entry wallet sold / You are alone — trail only. They can tighten Copy PSL when you turn them on. They never dump the bag by themselves. - Follow cluster sold / Entry sold + UNTRUSTED — danger. They force-exit only when Copy Sell is off and you turned that warning on. Then a cluster dump at your K, or the entry wallet selling into an untrusted mint, can flatten the bag. The Copy-tab ON / OFF is the master: off = this signal does not exist. Copy Sell off is not an auto-arm. That is why each of the four has its own switch — so a quiet Copy Sell does not silently treat every followed dump as a warning or a kill. Copy tab = can this fire. Copy PSL = if it fired, does this level lock tighter. They work together. They are not duplicates. Copy PSL lives on the Copy tab's Passive stop block (not the global SELL tab). Empty warning checks on a level = any warning that is allowed to fire. That is the default. You only open Activate on warnings if you want that level to listen to specific checks instead of the whole count. The picker only lists copy-risk warnings you already turned on. Off warnings do not appear there. Default Copy PSL is count mode. Turning a warning ON on the Copy tab is enough for the trail. Danger force-exit does not go through PSL at all — PSL is the trail; danger dumps the bag. | You set | What happens | | Copy tab OFF | Never fires. The Copy PSL picker does not list it. No trail, no force-exit. | | Copy tab ON, PSL left on Any warnings (default) | Counts like any other warning. Level 1 with “≥ 1 warning” can tighten as soon as it fires. | | Copy tab ON, a level has specific checks picked | That level only counts the checks you picked. Turned on but not picked on that level → that level ignores it. | | Danger ON (cluster / sold + UNTRUSTED) and Copy Sell OFF | Force-exit now. That does not go through PSL. | | Danger ON and Copy Sell ON | No force-exit from copy risk. Copy Sell who owns the dump. The warning can still tighten Copy PSL if you left it on. | How to set it: - Want a tighter trail when the wallet that opened this bag sells, but you still want to hold → turn Entry wallet sold ON. Leave Copy PSL on Any warnings, or pin it on a level. - Want a tighter trail when every followed buyer of that mint has sold → turn You are alone ON. - Want a dump when the herd sells at your K, and Copy Sell is off → turn Follow cluster sold ON. That is danger, not a PSL pick. K is the same Follow cluster / quorum slider on the Copy tab. - Want a dump when the entry wallet sold and the mint is UNTRUSTED, Copy Sell off → turn Entry sold + UNTRUSTED ON. That is also danger. Copy bags ignore the Validation “Sell on Untrusted” switch. - Leave a warning OFF if you do not want it at all. Re-Buy is a different control: it only applies after you have exited, not while you still hold. Re-Buy who (any followed wallet vs the same entry wallet) does not change copy-risk warnings. How you run it: 1. Mix Copy in Simulation until the formula holds. Then run the same bot with real size. 2. Follow wallets on Monitor and build My Tracked. Those wallets are the only Copy sources. 3. Set the Copy bot's sell stack (passive stop, partials, Price Struggle) on the Copy tab. Those are the exits on every copied bag. 4. Decide Copy Sell (who can close the bag) and turn on only the copy-risk warnings you want. Copy Sell off does not arm them. Trail-only warnings tighten Copy PSL; danger warnings force-exit only while Copy Sell is off. 5. You can still click Live L1 / L2 / L3 on a Social Tracker call — that is your hand, not Copy — or run Auto on Trust / Oracle on the same account. ## Trust Validation https://hk0.io/docs#validation Trust Validation is live on every token on the hosted list — not a screenshot at mint. As holders move, bundles unwind, volume dies, the badge can flip. That is how Auto knows when to buy and when to flatten. | System | Settings | Who it serves | | HK0 Default | Platform defaults. You cannot change them. | HK0 Default badges on Trenches + Auto bots set to HK0 Default. | | Live Validation | Your Live prefs (NEW / ATG / Graduated). | Live bots L1, L2, L3, and Simulation. | | User Auto | Your Auto prefs (NEW / ATG / Graduated) on top of those defaults. Trend and confidence stay off. | Auto bots on channel User Auto. | Same checks. A token can be TRUSTED on Default and Untrusted on your Live or Auto prefs, or the reverse. Live and Auto are not forced to match Default — or each other. Three channels on Trenches: - HK0 Default — the platform bar. This is what Default-channel Auto bots buy. - Live — Live Validation. This is the check set L1 / L2 / L3 (and Simulation) use. Saving Live does not change Auto. - Auto — your Auto prefs. User Auto bots buy from the saved Auto settings. The Trust icon on the card is the score for the channel you have selected. Holders, DEV, Clusters, and Strength are the live numbers the checks read — same marks on every channel. Enable a check → it can fail the token. Disable a check → its messages are filtered out and cannot keep the token Untrusted. All child checks disabled → parent failures are treated as pass for that display channel. PumpFun flow is full of bundled supply, thin books, wash volume, dead charts, and creator bags. The hosted list already dropped about 70% of that junk. These checks score what remains — built not to miss a banger, while pushing remaining scams to over 95%. It will not catch everything. It will fail a lot of tokens you might still want — that is the point of User Auto: loosen or tighten without changing the platform Default everyone else sees. ## HK0 Default validation https://hk0.io/docs#hk0-default Scores every token on Trenches with the platform defaults, so the HK0 Default Trust badge on the card stays current even when Auto is stopped. Holders, DEV, Clusters, and Strength on that same card are the live numbers these checks read. Tokens on Trenches, always — even when you have no bots running. That is why HK0 Default badges keep updating. Pick HK0 Default on a stage when you want the same bar as the public Trenches badge, and you do not want your personal check tweaks to change entries. Use User Auto when you want that stage to honor your Auto settings modal. ## Live Validation — L1 / L2 / L3 https://hk0.io/docs#live-validation Live Validation is the Trust check set for Live trading. When you are on the Live channel on Trenches, the Trust badge, list filters, and what looks tradeable follow your Live prefs for that list — not HK0 Default, not User Auto. Holders / DEV / Clusters / Strength stay the same live numbers; only the Trust icon follows this channel. Auto never buys from Live Validation. User Auto has its own saved Auto prefs. HK0 Default is the public bar. Three channels, three jobs. Every account already has L1, L2, L3 (real) and a Simulation paper Live bot. Those are the Live desk — 100% manual. Live Validation is how you tune what you see on NEW / ATG / Graduated before you click buy. It never buys. It never sells. How you set it: 1. On Trenches, set the channel to Live. 2. Open the validation settings modal for that list (NEW, ATG, or Graduated). 3. Save as Live. That slot is Live Validation for L1 / L2 / L3 / Simulation on that list. Do not save Auto when you meant Live. Auto prefs go to User Auto bots only. ## Every validation check https://hk0.io/docs#validation-checks You set tightness in the Trenches settings modal. These tables are what each check is for — not a settings dump. Names match the modal. Where a number appears, it is an example so the idea is concrete. Yellow / grey zones stack warnings; enough warnings fail the check even before a hard limit. Bonding-curve and LP wallets stay out of holder math so the % is real traders, not the pool. Enable a check → it can fail the token. Disable it → it cannot keep the token Untrusted. HK0 Default, Live Validation, and User Auto run this same list. Different who they serve. Holders, DEV, Clusters, and Strength on the card are the live numbers these checks read. The Trust icon is the score for the channel you have selected. ### Pre-Validation Early gates that decide whether a token enters full scoring on this list. | Check | What it does | Why / on fail | | Bonding Progress — NEW / ATG | Waits until bonding-curve progress reaches your minimum before full scoring. Optional early start when cluster + insiders data are both ready, even below that minimum. | Stops scoring half-formed launches that only look clean because almost nothing has happened. Fail = scoring waits; the mint is not Trusted yet. | | Cluster + Insiders Ready — NEW / ATG | Requires cluster analysis and insiders rows before validation starts. | Without that data, concentrated wallets look safer than they are. Fail = validation waits until both reads exist. | | Graduated Market Parity — Graduated | Graduated skips the NEW/ATG pre-gates and enters scoring as a migrated market. | After migrate the book is a different game. This does not fail tokens — it controls whether those pre-gates apply. | ### Holder Distribution Read from the Holders badge (top-10 % on the card; hover for Top 1 / Top 3 / Top 10 and total count). | Check | What it does | Why / on fail | | Top 1 Holder Concentration | Largest single wallet as % of holder supply. Pass below your limit; a yellow zone above that stacks warnings; a hard cap fails immediately. | Blocks a whale or sniper that is the whole float. Fail at the hard limit, or when warning count hits your cap. | | Top 3 Holders Concentration | Top three wallets together vs holder supply. Same pass / yellow / hard ladder as Top 1. | Catches a small crew splitting one bag across wallets. | | Top 10 Holders Concentration | Top ten wallets together vs holder supply. Same ladder. This is the % under the Holders icon. | Catches concentrated supply even when no single wallet trips Top 1. | | Minimum Holder Count | Requires enough distinct holder wallets. Defaults are tighter as the mint matures (NEW looser than Graduated). | Thin holder sets are easy to mark up and hard to exit. Fail when total holders stay below your minimum. | ### Cluster / Bundle Read from the Clusters badge (current % vs holders; hover also shows ATH and vs total supply). | Check | What it does | Why / on fail | | Cluster Analysis Limits | Current bundled / clustered supply vs holder supply. Peak history is display-only. A grey band above your pass limit stacks warnings. A short window can keep a clean zero after a bundle unwinds. | Bundled entries are the main coordinated-dump pattern on PumpFun. Fail when analysis is not ready, the grey band ran too long, or current % exceeds limit + grace. | ### Dev Wallet & Insiders DEV badge on the card is creator share. Insiders are not a card badge — they live in the Clusters tab on the chart. | Check | What it does | Why / on fail | | Dev Wallet Concentration | Creator / dev share of holder supply. Low band is full points; moderate is elevated; extreme fails. | Creator still sitting on a large bag is the classic dump. High concentration costs trust; extreme levels fail the check. | | Insiders / Snipers (informational) | Early wallets flagged by cluster analysis. A warning zone sits above the strict pass. This is not a vanity count. | Shows who was in before the crowd. Tied to the bundle pipeline. Does not hard-fail by itself above the grace ceiling — it feeds bundle and trust scoring. | ### Transaction Patterns | Check | What it does | Why / on fail | | Trading Inactivity | Minimum buy + sell transactions in the last 24 hours (the TX bar on the card). | Dead or abandoned charts. You cannot exit what nobody is trading. Fail when 24h tx count is below your minimum. | | Buy/Sell Ratio (Extreme B/S) | Detects extreme one-sided flow once there is enough activity to judge. On NEW this fail is optional and off by default. On ATG / Graduated it only fires when tx count is high enough. | Wash, phishing candles, or a dump already in progress. Fail when buy ratio is above your high % or below your low %. | | Farming Activity Detector — NEW / ATG | Heavy tx count with low bonding after clusters were ever detected on that mint. | Bot-farmed volume is not a real market. You would be exiting into air. Fail when bundles existed, tx exceeds your floor, and bonding stays below your cap. | ### Liquidity & Volume | Check | What it does | Why / on fail | | Liquidity Threshold | Minimum pool liquidity in USD, with a grace band under the floor and a warning ladder per step below. ATG / Graduated can scale with SOL price. | Thin pools mean you are the exit. Grace stops one noisy print from instantly failing a healthy book. Fail when liquidity is more than grace below threshold, or warning count hits your cap. | | Volume Threshold | Minimum rolling trade volume in USD (the V on the card). Same grace + warning ladder idea as liquidity. | No flow means the next sell is against air. Fail when volume-deficit warnings reach your cap. | ### Fees vs volume The F mark on the card is 24h on-chain network fees. Huge volume with almost no fees is wash. Unified Trend and Confidence Score are off in the product and are not in the settings modal — they cannot be turned back on from here. | Check | What it does | Why / on fail | | Fees vs Volume | Requires a minimum of SOL fees relative to reported volume (example: SOL per $10k of volume). Grace on a small shortfall; then a warning ladder. Once this check has failed, it does not permanently pass again. | Wash volume prints trades without paying real fees. Fake heat. Fail when fee-shortfall warnings reach your cap. | ### Strength & Positive Signs Strength is the muscle badge — live from liquidity, volume, holders, buys vs sells, bonding and market cap, social links, and paid orders. | Check | What it does | Why / on fail | | Strength Minimum | Requires the token still have bid / strength, not just passing holder math. A grace band sits just under your required %. NEW is a lower floor than ATG / Graduated. | Filters dying charts that look distributed but have nobody left to buy. Fail when strength stays below required minus grace. | | Positive Signs (bonus / offset) | Bonus only — social links on the mint, paid DEX promo with a price rise, volume/liq pressure. Does not fail. By default it only offsets a Low liquidity failure, not concentration or bundles. | Keeps a healthy mint from going Untrusted on liquidity alone. This is not Social Tracker and not Copy. | ### Post-Processing | Check | What it does | Why / on fail | | Once Trusted Always Trusted — NEW / ATG | If the mint already earned Trusted and strength stays at or above your activation floor, non-critical fails may downgrade to warnings instead of an instant Untrusted flip. | Stops Auto from flickering Untrusted (and selling) on noisy metrics after a clean trust. Top 1 / Top 3 / Top 10 can still fail even under protection. | | Graduated migration snapshot — Graduated | If it was Trusted at About to Graduate, Graduated must still carry that migration trust. A short grace window covers the settle after migrate. | A token that was fine on the curve can be a worse market after migrate. Fail when the Graduated mint lost that migration-trust flag after prior ATG trust. | ## Buy filters https://hk0.io/docs#buy-filters After Trust or Oracle says “this token is a buy,” Auto still applies the numeric bands you set on the bot. These are a second, simpler fence so a TRUSTED or Oracle call still has to fit your size / concentration / age window. Apply on Oracle — default ON. Gates Oracle buy calls. Apply on Validation — default ON. Gates TRUSTED buys. Turn a toggle off if you want that lane to skip the numeric bands entirely. | Filter | Axis | Why it helps | | CURRENT vs Holders | Current bundled % of holder supply (same idea as the bundle check). | Cap remaining bundled supply even if validation already passed. | | Liquidity | Pool liquidity USD (full dollars, e.g. 10000 = $10k). | Do not enter books you cannot exit. | | MKT Cap | Market cap USD. | Stay inside a size band (too tiny or already huge). | | Volume | 24h volume USD. | Require actual flow, or cap farmed flow. | | Fees vs Volume | SOL fees vs reported volume. Example: huge volume with almost no fees paid. | Reject wash-looking prints at the bot, not only in validation. | | TXs | Buys + sells. | Activity floor or ceiling. | | Buys | Buy tx count. | Require buy pressure, or reject one-sided pumps. | | Sells | Sell tx count. | Reject charts already being dumped. | | Total Holders | Holder count. | Breadth floor beyond the validation default. | | Top 10 Holding | % | Concentration cap on top wallets. | | Dev Holding | % | Creator bag cap at entry time. | | Token age | Seconds since create (editor has Sec/Min). | Only snipe fresh, or only touch tokens that have survived N minutes. | If you set a min or max and that metric is missing on the card, the buy is blocked. Empty both sides to turn the filter off. ## Sell rules https://hk0.io/docs#sell-rules Getting in is easy. Keeping the money is the job. These exits run on Auto bags — including paper Auto in Simulation so you prove the trail before real SOL. Live is still 100% you clicking sell. P/L is fee-net from the open — the close is the SOL that actually hits the wallet. Every close on Recent Closed is stamped in mono on the bot card. Live is manual (plus unhosted flatten). Auto runs the sell stack. If everything dies as PRICE_STRUGGLE, your ranges are tight; if everything dies as UNTRUSTED, validation flipped after fill. ### Live stamps L1 / L2 / L3 do not run take-profit, stop, trail, partials, Price Struggle, Untrusted, or Oracle follow-sell. You click sell. Two extra stamps can still fire without a click. | Stamp on the closed row | What happened | | MANUAL_SELL | You clicked sell and flattened the bag. | | MANUAL_PARTIAL_SELL | You sold a slice. The rest of the bag is still open. | | LOSING_MOMENTUM | The mint left Trenches (unhosted). Live still flattens so you are not holding a board that is gone. Paper with no live mark closes at last known / entry under this same stamp. | | TOKEN_UNSELLABLE | The sell could not land (frozen account or empty pool). Remaining dust is burned to recover rent, then the trade closes. Same swap is never retried. | | CLOSED | Fallback when the row has no stamp yet. | ### Auto stamps Auto, Copy, Validation, Oracle bags, and paper Auto stamp the rule that flattened. Copy is Monitor wallets only — Copy Sell / copy-risk stamps are wallet dumps, not X / TG calls. | Stamp on the closed row | What happened | | TAKE_PROFIT | Fee-net profit hit your take-profit. The win is in the wallet. Stage TP can still stamp TAKE_PROFIT. | | STOP_LOSS / STOP_LOSS_NEW / STOP_LOSS_ATG / STOP_LOSS_G | Fee-net loss hit your stop (global or per stage). Stage variants: STOP_LOSS_STAGE_NEW / ATG / GRADUATED. | | PASSIVE_STOP_LOSS / PASSIVE_SL_GLOBAL / PASSIVE_SL_LEVEL_1–4 | Profit was locked, then given back — the trail sold to keep a chunk of the win. Dynamic levels stamp LEVEL_1–4. | | PARTIAL_SELLING | A scale-out tier sold a slice of remaining tokens. Not a manual partial. | | PRICE_STRUGGLE | Growth ranges / stale / chop / trail on the struggle map fired. | | LOSING_MOMENTUM | The mint left Trenches (unhosted), or the bag could not be marked honestly. Same unhosted flatten as Live. | | UNTRUSTED | Trust Validation failed after you were in, and Sell on Untrusted was on. Copied bags ignore this switch — they use COPY_RISK_UNTRUSTED if you armed that warning. | | ORACLE_SELL | Oracle follow-sell honored Oracle's own exit on that bag. | | ORACLE_PARTIAL_SELL | Oracle scaled out a slice of that bag. | | COPY_SELL | Copy Sell was on and a followed wallet (entry, or the who you picked) dumped the copied bag. | | COPY_RISK_UNTRUSTED | Copy Sell off, and you turned on Entry sold + UNTRUSTED. The entry wallet sold and the mint is Untrusted. | | COPY_RISK_QUORUM | Copy Sell off, and you turned on the cluster / quorum danger warning. Followed wallets dumped at your K. | | MANUAL_SELL / MANUAL_PARTIAL_SELL | You clicked sell or a manual partial on an Auto bag. The stack is a safety net, not a cage. | | TOKEN_UNSELLABLE | The token could not be sold (frozen account or empty pool). Remaining dust is burned to recover rent, then the trade closes. | | AUTO_RISK_EXIT | An Auto risk flatten that is not one of the named stamps above. | | CLOSED | Fallback when the row has no stamp yet. | ### Take profit Full exit when fee-net profit hits your take-profit %. This is the clean bank: the trade worked, you take the bag off the table instead of watching a winner walk back to entry. You set the % in Trading Bots. Example: bank at +20% fee-net. You can set different TP per stage (NEW / ATG / Graduated). ### Stop loss Full exit when fee-net loss hits your stop %. This is the hard floor: a bad fill or a dump does not get to zero the wallet. You set the % in Trading Bots. Example: flatten at −5% fee-net. Stage stops can be looser on NEW so a wick does not stop you out instantly — you pick them. ### Passive stop loss Passive stop is a profit lock, not the first stop. It stays quiet until the trade is already in profit by your lock % (example: lock after +15%, then trail). Then if price gives back from that locked profit, it sells so you keep a chunk of the win instead of a round trip to zero. You can add dynamic levels (1–4). Each level can arm on warnings and lock a % of the global passive stop. Empty warning checks = any warning. That lets a token that is still green but “getting dirty” tighten the trail before a full rug. Copy bots use Copy-tab PSL. Why it saves money: a tight first stop would have killed the trade on noise. A loose trade with no trail would have given the whole pump back. Passive stop sits in the middle. ### Auto partial selling Scale out. Each tier fires once when position P/L hits that trigger, and sells that % of the remaining bag (not the original size). Up to ten tiers. Off until you add it. Exit reason is Partial selling — not Manual. Example: +25% sell 25% of remaining, later +50% sell another slice. You are paid along the way. A single wick cannot return the entire position. Manual partial from the trade card is still yours whenever you want it. ### Price Struggle Price Struggle watches token price growth (how far the chart has run from your world), not only wallet P/L. You draw ranges and pins on that growth axis: if price sits in a danger band, goes stale, chops around zero, or fails to hold a level, the bot can full-exit, trail, or sell a growth partial. - Ranges and pins — mark bear / chop / bull / high zones. Pins can require several touches before they fire so one wick is not a sell. - Stale timers — if nothing happens in a band for N seconds, treat it as dead and get out. - Chop — too many red/green flips around zero, then a green exit when it pokes back up. - Struggle trailing — trail by growth tier once fee-net is armed, so a runner is protected without a tiny first stop. - Growth partials — sell % of remaining at growth prints (can sync with auto partials). - Recovery — if it went bear then reclaimed, clear pin debt and give a grace window so you do not sell the bounce. Apply it on Trust bags, Oracle bags, or both. Why it saves money: most PumpFun bags do not trend — they spike and stall. Struggle is built for the stall. ### Sell on Untrusted Default ON for Auto. If Trust Validation flips the token Untrusted after you are in (and strength is under the floor you set), flatten. When OFF, you hold and only TP / SL / the other tools apply. Copied bags ignore this switch — use Copy risk Entry sold + UNTRUSTED. Why it saves money: a token that looked fine at entry can concentrate, bundle, or die. This is the “don't marry a rug that failed checks after fill” switch. ### Leaving Trenches If the token drops off the Trenches lists, the bag flattens. The closed row stamps LOSING_MOMENTUM — Live and Auto. You only manage what is still on the hosted PumpFun boards. ### Oracle follow-sell When Oracle is on, follow-sell (default ON) lets Oracle flatten that bag when it calls an exit. Your own Auto take-profit or stop can still fire first if they hit sooner. ### Manual sell You can always click sell or a manual partial on the trade card. The stack is a safety net, not a cage. ### Stage TP / SL You can set TP / SL per stage instead of one global. Example: a looser stop on NEW, tighter once Graduated. Leave a stage empty to use the bot global. ## Failed fills https://hk0.io/docs#failed-fills When a buy never fires, or a sell cannot land, the desk does not guess. Auto gates are strict. A failed real sell is never retried as the same swap. Auto only buys when every gate is true. If one fails, nothing fires. Typical reasons: 1. The token is not on Trenches (it never passed the hosted-list cut). 2. That stage (NEW / ATG / Graduated) is OFF for the path you expected. 3. Trust path: not freshly TRUSTED on HK0 Default or your User Auto channel. Untrusted and Unvalidated do not buy. 4. Oracle path: Oracle is off for that bot, or there was no F4 call. 5. Copy path: you are not following that wallet on Monitor (My Tracked), or the mint is not on Trenches. X / TG calls never fire Copy. 6. Buy filters blocked it (Apply on Validation / Oracle ON, a bound set, metric missing or out of range). 7. Wallet balance or parallel-trade limits. A failed real sell is never retried as the same swap. The desk acts on why it failed: burn leftover dust if it cannot be sold, close if the wallet is already flat, or hold the position until a new independent exit. Frozen accounts and empty pools stamp TOKEN_UNSELLABLE on the closed row. Remaining dust is burned to recover rent, then the trade closes. Simulation does not leave a paper bag hanging if the live mark disappears. It paper-closes at last known / entry so the book stays honest, and stamps LOSING_MOMENTUM. That close is not a chain signature. Real bags follow the failed-sell rules above. Real fills are public on Solana. Look up the signature on Solscan or Solana Explorer. The wallet-true close on Fees is the SOL that actually moved. Paper fills are not on the ledger. ## Monitor https://hk0.io/docs#monitor Monitor ranks PumpFun wallets by real PnL so you can study the tape, follow wallets, and feed Copy. When they buy, you decide: click Live yourself, or let Copy take the entry and keep your exits. Windows are 1d / 7d / 30d. Rank wallets by PnL, win rate, TXs, and profit. That PnL is on the Solana network — public, checkable. A book that holds can become Smart Money: other traders on HK0 can copy it. | Board | Who is on it | | Smart Money | Wallets with strong PumpFun results over the selected window. | | KOL | Known callers / public wallets. | | Top Tracked | Wallets the desk highlights as heavily watched. | | My Tracked | Only wallets you follow. Your watchlist. | What you can rank: - PnL — fee-aware result over the selected window. - Win rate — share of trades that closed green. - TXs — how active the wallet is. Quiet wallets with one lucky print are not the same as a real book. - Profit — absolute profit, not only the percentage. Turn columns on or off in rank settings. Sort any owned column. Search by address or name. Open a token from a trade alert and land on Trenches for that mint. Plus on a row follows that wallet. Check unfollows. Followed wallets collect on My Tracked. When they trade, the bell fires with the mint, side, and size so you can jump to the token. Following is the watchlist. When a followed wallet trades, you decide: click Live L1 / L2 / L3 yourself (buy and sell are yours), or ignore. My Tracked and the wallets you pick from Smart Money / KOL are Copy sources. HK0 takes their buy, then runs your sell filters on the bag — not their sell. ## Social Tracker https://hk0.io/docs#social-tracker Social Tracker is the caller desk for X and Telegram. Open it from the menu (full page or a pop-out window). You watch live posts, follow the handles and channels you trust, blacklist the ones you don't, and see every token contract they drop as a call. X and TG are separate tracks. Follow an X handle without following their Telegram, or the other way around. Mine is empty until you follow someone — Recommended is the live firehose until then. - Top — directory of handles / channels you can search and follow. - Mine — only accounts you follow. This is your personal caller list. - Blacklist — mute a caller so they stop showing in your feed. - Rename — nickname a handle so you remember who they are on your desk. Following is per platform. A KOL on X and the same name on Telegram are two follows if you want both feeds. Copy does not pick “this X caller” — Copy only takes Monitor wallets on My Tracked. When a post includes a token contract, Social Tracker surfaces it as a call — the mint is on the card so you can open that PumpFun token on Trenches. Filter the feed to Call if you only want posts that named a contract, not every reply and banner update. A call is not a buy. It is the signal. You open the mint and trade it with Live — 100% your buys and sells. Auto does not copy the call. Followed X / TG calls also hit the notification bell. Feeds and filters: - Live posts, newest first. Search by handle, name, text, or mint. - Post kinds: tweet, call, retweet, quote, reply, deleted, pin / unpin, follow / unfollow, banner, photo, nickname, handle, bio. - Categories such as KOL, Trader, Master, Media, Founders, Exchanges, Celebrity, and others — so you are not mixing politics posts with token callers. - Only-CA filter: hide posts that never mentioned a contract. Trust Validation can count a token's own social links (website / X / TG on the mint) as one positive-sign bonus. That is a token-page check. Social Tracker is people: you follow callers and read their posts. Do not mix the two. Followed X handles and Telegram channels are not Copy sources. HK0 does not copytrade social calls. You watch the post, the bell fires, you click Live — or ignore. Copy only takes buys of wallets you follow on Monitor (My Tracked). ## Notifications https://hk0.io/docs#notifications The notification bell sits next to your wallet. Open it for live alerts. This is how HK0.IO tells you a mint just became interesting — not only that someone you follow traded. Follow a wallet on Monitor. When they buy or sell, the bell shows the mint, side, and size. Jump straight to that token on Trenches and decide with your hands. When a PumpFun token rips hard — for example +500% in a short window — you get a spike alert. That is the “this just went vertical” ping so you are not staring at every chart. Open the mint and decide with Live (your click) or Auto (the formula you proved in paper). Community takeover (CTO) on a mint fires an alert. A CTO is a second life for a chart that already had a first run — different crowd, different tape. You see it on the token and in the bell so you are not late to the handoff. Paid DEX boost (and DEX paid-boost) means someone paid to push that mint on a DEX board. That is attention, not trust. The bell tells you a boost just landed so you can see the mint while the push is live — then use validation and sell rules, not the boost itself, to decide if you stay. Token cards on Trenches show boost counts — how many paid DEX boosts that mint has stacked. A high count is heat, not a buy signal. Read it next to Trust badges, CTO, and social calls so you know whether the tape is organic or paid. Follow a caller on Social Tracker. When they drop a token contract, that call hits the bell as well as the Social feed. Same mint you click with L1 / L2 / L3 yourself, or ignore. ## Trenches https://hk0.io/docs#trenches This is the tape. HK0 only processes PumpFun for now. NEW, About to Graduate, Graduated. Create an account, paper these lists in Simulation, then take the same board live. Fewer tokens than a raw launch feed — that is how you stay in trades that can actually pay. Hover any mark for the numbers. Color is health, not a buy button. The Trust icon follows the channel you have selected (HK0 Default / Live / Auto). Holders, DEV, Clusters, and Strength are the live numbers Validation reads. CTO / boosts also hit Notifications. | | Holders | People icon. The % under it is top-10 share of holder supply (bonding-curve and pool wallets stay out of that math). Hover for total holders plus Top 1 / Top 3 / Top 10. | | DEV | Chef-hat icon. Creator / dev share of holder supply. Hover lists the creator wallets. Greener is a smaller bag; red is a dump-sized creator bag. | | Clusters | Layers icon. Current bundled / clustered supply vs holder supply. Hover also shows ATH and vs total supply. 0.00% green means the bundle is gone. | | Strength | Muscle icon plus %. Live bid / tape health from liquidity, volume, holders, buys vs sells, bonding and market cap, social links, and paid orders. Not a buy signal by itself. | | KOL Hold | Cup icon plus count. How many KOL wallets on Monitor still hold this mint. Heat, not trust. | | Smart Money Hold | Wallet-stack icon plus count. How many Smart Money wallets still hold this mint. | | X / TG calls | Megaphone plus count next to age. Followed (and firehose) callers who named this contract. Hover the posts. A call is not a buy. | | CTO / paid DEX boost | DEX mark next to age when a community takeover or a paid DEX boost is on the mint. Heat and attention — not a trust badge. Boost count is how many paid pushes stacked. | | Age + verified | Time since create. A green check means creation time is verified on-chain. Buy filters can gate on token age. | | Bonding ring | Green stroke around the token image is curve progress on NEW / ATG. Full yellow ring means Graduated (migrated market). | | MC / V / F / TX | Market cap, 24h volume, on-chain network fees (F), and the buys-vs-sells bar. Fees vs volume is a wash check — huge V with almost no F is fake heat. | | Trusted growth | Multiplier next to Trust after the mint first went Trusted — how far price has run from that first Trusted print. Only shows when it is above zero. | | Oracle call | Predicted growth while an Oracle call is locked on that mint. Not shown on Graduated. Independent of Trust. | Every account already has L1, L2, L3 (real) — 100% manual buys and sells — and Simulation / paper. Pick which Live bot that list is attached to, pick SOL size, click buy on a card, click sell to flatten. Simulation toggle on the same row sends those clicks through the paper bot instead. Mix Auto in Simulation until the formula holds; then run real Auto plus these Live desks. Settings modal: per list, per channel (Live vs Auto). Saving Live writes Live Validation for L1 / L2 / L3. Saving Auto is what User Auto bots read. Each check in the modal is explained in Every validation check. --- # Policy ## About HK0.IO https://hk0.io/docs#about HK0.IO is a PumpFun day-trading terminal. You trade your own book — your reads, your formula — while staying off rugs. PnL is on Solana. When the book is real, other wallets can copy you. We show fewer tokens because we filter hard. Validation watches every hosted mint in real time. Long-term holding is not a bad idea in general. It is a bad idea on this tape: meme coins die in hours, not quarters. - Simulation / paper — Mix Auto until the formula holds. Practice your Live clicks. Then size real. - Live L1 / L2 / L3 — already on the account. 100% manual buys and 100% manual sells. No autos. - Hosted Trenches: NEW / ATG / Graduated after the ~70% junk / scam cut, then Validation to over 95% without missing a banger. TRUSTED is a check-pass label, not a safety score and not a profit forecast. - Trust Validation: HK0 Default, Live Validation for L1 / L2 / L3, User Auto for Auto bots. - Auto sell rules with an exit reason on every Auto close. $0.10 buy / $0.10 full sell, fee-net from open. Withdraw free of platform fee. Create an account. Simulation and Live are already there. Mix Auto until the formula holds, then run the same setup with real size. If you do not trade, we are not paid — lowest fees on the network. Prove the formula first, then take the tape. Nothing on HK0.IO is financial advice. The desk, these docs, Validation, Oracle, Copy, Simulation, and every filter are tools — not a recommendation to buy or sell. You trade at your own risk, including total loss of SOL. We do not use your personal information as trading identity. The book is anonymous at the person level. Real fills are public on Solana's ledger — Solscan and Solana Explorer. ## Terms of Service https://hk0.io/docs#terms Welcome to HK0.IO. These Terms of Service govern your use of the website and the desk. By accessing or using the platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. "Service" refers to the platform. "User" refers to anyone who accesses it. "Content" refers to information, data, text, software, graphics, and other materials available through the Service. HK0.IO is a PumpFun day-trading terminal. It is not a broker, an investment advisor, a bank, or a financial planner. Nothing on the Service — docs, badges, TRUSTED / Untrusted scores, Oracle DT3, Copy signals, Monitor ranks, Social Tracker calls, notifications, Simulation results, or any bot setting — is financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Nothing here is a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any token. You are solely responsible for whether you trade, what you trade, size, settings, and whether you turn a paper formula into real SOL. Crypto and PumpFun trading can result in total loss of capital, including every SOL you put on the desk. You trade at your own risk. Validation, Oracle DT3, Copy, buy filters, sell rules, and Simulation are risk tools, not guarantees. A mix that held in paper can still lose on the live tape. Fills can fail, tokens can rug, books can vanish. You are responsible for bot settings, wallet keys, seed phrases, and every fill that hits your wallet. HK0 does not manage your money. HK0 does not promise profit. Real trades are signed by the wallet on Solana. The ledger is an open book. Explorers index it — including Solscan, Solana Explorer, and others. Anyone can look up a signature, a wallet, or a mint. HK0 does not hide those fills and does not attach your name or email to the on-chain book. Trading identity on the tape is the wallet, not your person. You may need an account for certain features. Keep login details under your control. The account is how you open the desk. It is not your on-chain identity. Do not use the Service for illegal or unauthorized purposes, or violate applicable laws. The Service and its original content remain the exclusive property of HK0 and its licensors. We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access immediately, without prior notice, under our sole discretion. You use the Service at your own risk. HK0 and affiliates are not liable for trading losses, missed fills, rugs, failed swaps, or indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill — to the fullest extent the law allows. We may modify these Terms at any time. Review them periodically. If you have questions about these Terms, please contact us. ## Privacy Policy https://hk0.io/docs#privacy This Privacy Policy explains how HK0.IO treats information. Short version: we do not use your personal information as trading identity. The desk is anonymous at the person level. Real trades live on Solana's public ledger. HK0 does not put your name, email, or account profile on the book. Other traders do not see who you are as a person. What the tape sees is a wallet. That is by design. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We do not use it to identify you on Monitor, Copy, or the hosted boards. We do not attach your person to fills. Login exists so you can open and recover the desk — not so the network can know who you are. Bot settings and validation prefs stay on your account so the same desk comes back when you return. That is for you. It is not a public identity. The account is the door. The wallet is the trader. Fills, PnL, and Copy signals on the chain are wallet activity — not a KYC name. Monitor ranks wallets by on-chain results, not by people. Every real fill is a Solana transaction. The ledger is an open book. Explorer indexes — Solscan, Solana Explorer, and others — can show the signature, the wallet, and the mint. Anyone can look it up. HK0 does not hide on-chain trades, because an open chain does not hide them. Paper Simulation fills do not hit the wallet and do not write a chain signature. We do not sell user lists. We do not share your personal information with other traders. We may disclose information if the law requires it. That is not a marketing list. Never share seed phrases or export keys. Prefer keeping large SOL off the hot wallet you trade with. No transmission or storage method is 100% secure. Your rights: access the personal information on your account; correct inaccurate account information; delete your account information where the law allows; on-chain fills stay on Solana — HK0 cannot erase the public ledger. We may update this Privacy Policy and will post the updated version here. If you have questions about this Privacy Policy, please contact us.
